I was a little worried I’d get fooled by the packaging claims, especially with the cold weather, but the winter wrap did its job. Everything arrived in good shape, and I felt relieved when I opened it up...

"Colors were close to the photos"
Most of the plants looked pretty much like the pictures. One of them was a little less bright than I expected, but it was still healthy and nice. The color was just not exactly the same. I would order again.

"Nice plants, but the shipping gave me pause"
I ordered a few succulents from Mountain Crest Gardens, they did show up in good shape. The plants looked healthy, everything was packed carefully, and the box got here faster than I expected, so I can’t really complain about that part.
That said, the shipping cost felt a little steep for such a small order. I know plants need extra care when they’re packed, so maybe it’s justified, but it still made me hesitate a bit. I’d probably order again, though I’d wait until I’m buying a few more things at once.

"Replacement and refund went smoother than I expected"
I thought they might drag it out or try to make the refund complicated, but they handled everything quickly. The replacement was sorted without much back-and-forth, and the refund was easy too. No hassle, which was a nice surprise.

I’d been looking around at a few different shops, and Mountain Crest Gardens had some of the more unusual varieties I was after. I’m not saying nobody else carries them, since I definitely didn’t check everywhere, but they were the first place I found them. Ordering was simple, and the plants showed up looking healthy to me. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Was nervous, but the plants showed up mostly fine"
I ordered a few succulents and was kind of expecting to get fooled with some sad, damaged plants in a box. Shipping plants always makes me nervous. But they actually packed everything well. One of them had a couple loose leaves from the trip, but it wasn’t a big deal. The soil mostly stayed put and the box wasn’t smashed up, which was a relief. You can tell they at least try to prevent damage during transit. I’m taking off one star because one plant did look a little stressed, but overall I’m happy with the order.

I’ve ordered these a few times now, usually when I’m already messing around with my little plant corner by the window, and the plants have mostly shown up looking healthy and consistent. There was one small miss this time, nothing major, but enough that I noticed. Overall, I’d still say the quality is usually good.

My succulents showed up packed really carefully, which I was super happy about. No soil spilled all over the box and none of the plants got smushed or anything. The outside of the box looked a little beat up, but evrything inside was totally fine.

I was a little worried about the plants sitting in transit too long and getting damaged, so I was relieved when they showed up quicker than I expected. Everything arrived fine with no issues, which made me feel like I didn’t waste my money.

"Adorably Put Together Gift"
I ordered this from Mountain Crest Gardens as a gift, and somehow it actually showed up looking like someone cared. Wild concept, I know. The packing was neat, cute, and totally ready to hand over without me having to pretend I “styled” anything. My friend loved opening it, so I’m calling it a win.

I ordered a few succulents and wasn’t sure what to expect, since plants can sometimes look way bigger in photos than they actually are. But these showed up right around the size listed, and a couple even looked a bit fuller than I expected.
The packing was solid too, which was nice, but what really stood out to me was that the sizing felt accurate and honest. It made it so much easier to plan which pots to use. I’d definitely order from Mountain Crest Gardens again.

"Decent succulents, but the roots were a bit disappointing"
The order showed up on time and was packed better than I expected. From the top, most of the succulents looked healthy enough, and nothing arrived crushed or broken, which I definitely appreciated.
Once I pulled them out to repot, though, I noticed a couple had really dry, skinny roots, and one barely had much of a root system at all. They weren’t dead, but for the price, I was hoping they’d be a little more established.
I repotted them carefully and I’m hoping they perk up with some time. Overall it wasn’t a bad order, but I’d call it a mixed experience because the plants looked okay while the roots made me a little nervous.

"Plants looked just like the photos"
I ordered a few succulents from Mountain Crest Gardens and I was a little nervous the colors would look totally different once they got here
but they were actually really close to the photos. the shape, size, and colors all matched well, maybe just a tiny bit less bright after shipping but that’s totally normal
it made picking them out way easier. always nice when the pictures are actually accurate and you get what you thought you were ordering

"Pretty much exactly what I needed"
I got my order and, everything was just right. Nothing missing, nothing weird, no mix-ups or anything like that. It was one of those simple orders where you open it up, check it over, and go, yep, that’s exactly what I ordered. No issues on my end.

My plants showed up looking really healthy and firm, with no signs of stress at all, so I’m definitely happy with that part. The only thing that annoyed me was the communication along the way, it wasn’t very clear, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the order at times. But once the plants arrived, they looked great

"I had a good experience with Mountain..."
I had a good experience with Mountain Crest Gardens overall. I got my tracking info fairly quickly after ordering, and I liked being able to check where my package was without having to reach out. That said, some of the communication at the beginning was a little unclear, which was kind of annoying because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening with my order at first. Once the tracking updated, everything was easy to follow, and my package showed up when expected.

“It was showing shiny pictures to attract customers, and to my dismay they only shw positive feedbacks and colorful image on their site. The rotten part how you get to know after paying a steep price and get duped! Buch of thugs!”
